New Employee Incident Report

Fill in the fields; the report on the right updates live. Submitting sends it to the HR upload pipeline.

✏️ Fixing a rejected report. HR's reason:
Submitting sends the corrected report back to the HR queue. Cancel — start a fresh report instead
Single: pick the employee in Name first, then click (asks for the date, files automatically as AMG HR). Bulk: paste a list.

Submit to HR pipeline generates the official PDF, files it in the incident database, and queues it for HR to upload to GreatDay. A copy of the PDF is also downloaded to your computer. HR upload pipeline

Incident reports waiting to be uploaded to GreatDay, most severe first. Tag each one as done after uploading. Rows turn yellow at 4 days and red at 7 days unprocessed.

No pending uploads — all caught up. 🎉

No GreatDay profile yet

IRs with no matched employee number — usually a mistyped or incomplete name. Use 🔗 Match to point the IR at the correct employee in the list (this fixes the name, position, and employee number, then moves it to the upload pipeline). If the employee genuinely isn't in GreatDay yet, they are most likely a trainee: use 🎓 Trainee to put them on the trainee list so their schedule and attendance are tracked meanwhile, then → Pipeline once their profile exists, or ✓ Uploaded to tag it directly.

Reconcile with GreatDay

Cross-check the IRs this app marked Uploaded to GreatDay against what GreatDay actually has, so you can spot records that are in one system but not the other.
In GreatDay open HR → Report → Employee Discipline Report, export to Excel (.xlsx), then upload it below. Matching is by employee name (GreatDay renumbers IDs), then by incident date.
Set the Month filter above to the same month you exported from GreatDay — the app side is scoped to that month (by filing date) so earlier IRs aren't wrongly flagged. Choose “All months” only if your GreatDay export is all-time.

⚠ In the app, but NOT in GreatDay

Marked “Uploaded to GreatDay” here, but no matching record in the extract — verify these were actually filed in GreatDay (or re-file them).

Selected reports go back to the pending upload queue.

⚠ In GreatDay, but NOT in the app

Employee list (GreatDay roster)

Keeps the employee roster in sync with GreatDay — it powers the name search on New Report and links every IR to a GreatDay employee ID.
To update: in GreatDay, open HR → Report → Employee List Report, set Status to ALL, and export to Excel (.xlsx). Then Choose File below and click Upload & sync roster.
The app reads everything it needs from that one file — employee number, name, position, department, and email. Everyone is imported; anyone with a termination date is marked Inactive (the rest are Active). Duplicates are ignored, and any held “No GreatDay profile” IRs are matched to their employee and released automatically.

User management

Push latest version to everyone

Reloads every signed-in browser within a few seconds so all users jump onto the newest deploy. They stay signed in — no work is lost (drafts persist).

New sign-ups appear here as “pending”. Pick a role to unlock the app — it saves instantly: Portfolio Manager files reports; Operations Manager also views the HR pipeline (PDF downloads only, no tagging); HR also processes the upload pipeline; Admin also manages users. Remove revokes access (if they sign in again they reappear as pending).

Standardize incident types

Finds incident reports whose type doesn't match the current dropdown (usually older filings) and folds each into a standard type. Pick or confirm the target for each, then apply — this updates the records and is logged in the audit trail.

GreatDay upload queue

IRs flagged with ⬆ Queue in the HR Pipeline, staged for filing into the GreatDay disciplinary module. An IR leaves this list automatically once it is filed, deleted, or marked ✓ Done.

🔖 File these into GreatDay

One-time setup: drag the orange button below onto your browser's bookmarks bar.
Every time after: open GreatDay → Core ▸ Employee ▸ Discipline List → click the bookmark. It reads this queue, files each IR (employee, type, dates, PDF), then marks them uploaded and clears this list.

⬆ File to GreatDay ← drag me to the bookmarks bar (don't click me here)

no bookmarks bar? copy this and paste it as a new bookmark's URL

Works on Windows, Mac, any browser — nothing to install, and it always runs the latest version (no need to re-drag it after updates). Only HR and admin accounts can use it.

🚀 Desktop app (Mac only) — alternative to the bookmarklet
Opens the installed AMG GreatDay Filer 2 app with this queue loaded.
Manual route — export / import (older filer)

Export batch → unzip → run the filer on that folder → Import results here to mark them uploaded and clear the queue.

⚙ Experimental — one-click browser extension (beta, still in testing)

Needs the AMG GreatDay Filer Chrome extension. Keep a GreatDay tab open on the Discipline List, then click. (Not fully working yet — use the desktop app above for now.)

Submit coaching log generates the official PDF and files it. Because coaching is done face to face, submitting records the agent's digital signature in person — they typed their own commitment beside you. A confirmation email also goes out, which the agent can confirm or dispute; either way it is logged and shown in My Coaching Logs. A copy of the PDF is downloaded to your computer. New Performance Improvement Plan

Part I opens the PIP. Part II (progress and result) is completed later from My PIPs.

Employee
Grounds for the PIP

This form signifies the employee has either incurred an unsatisfactory Performance Evaluation result, or a record of misconduct classified as a Major to Very Serious Offense.

Areas of concern / improvement

One block per area. Example — Areas of Concern: “Failed to sign LDF documents for 2 succeeding months” · Goal: “100% compliance in accuracy and signature confirmation” · Action: “Review LDF form to ensure requirements are complete before passing to HO” · Support: “Own laptop”.

Part II will create one progress block per area automatically.
Submit PIP generates the official PDF, files it as an active PIP, and emails the employee a link to confirm they acknowledge it. A copy of the PDF is downloaded for your records. When the PIP period ends, open My PIPs and click Close PIP to complete Part II and record the result. Your entries are saved automatically in this browser until you submit or clear the form.
